WebsiteGrowers.com, Inc. is run by Danny Taylor of Virginia Beach, VA. Mr. Taylor founded the company in 1999 while vacationing in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Back then, he had one computer and used his graphic art skills to design cool graphics for friends and family. Mr. Taylor began designing brochures, logos and business cards for family, friends and eventually his employer(s). This caught the attention of several small business owners that contracted Mr. Taylor as a freelance designer. During this time, Mr. Taylor taught himself how to design websites. He built several personal websites that were hosted on free hosts. He quickly found out that free had limitations and began looking around for a server to host his sites. This led to Mr. Taylor learning about domain names, dns, shared and dedicated servers, web and email hosting and more.

One night in 2003, Mr. Taylor attended a local webmaster event and met Dan Churchill of Ant Race Communications. Mr. Churchill was looking for a web designer to help with his small web design and marketing company located in Ellicott City, MD. Mr. Taylor saw the opportunity and joined Ant Race in 2003. At Ant Race he had the freedom to learn on the job which is the best way to learn about the website business. Mr. Taylor designed hundreds of websites, print ads, logos, brochures, cd's and even eCommerce stores. He also managed several servers and became skilled at SEO. Ant Race became very successful with the help of Mr. Taylor and in 2006 the company was bought by the Sidus Group of Annapolis, MD. Mr. Taylor decided to venture out on his own at this time and has not looked back.

Today Mr. Taylor has over 500 websites designed, hundreds of print ads, logos, business cards, flash animations, eCommerce stores, database applications, etc. WebsiteGrowers has offices in New Market, MD (Frederick County) and Corolla, NC (Currituck County). Our team consists of 5 talented web designers, developers and Internet marketing consultants. Most of our clients are located in Maryland, Virginia or Washington D.C. and I can't leave out the folks in Pennsylvania, Delaware and West Virginia. Since we provide website services nationwide we have clients scattered around the states in Florida, California, Massachusetts, Arizona and even Wyoming. Some of these companies we have yet to meet face to face even after working with them for years.
