How to check your website email using Microsoft® Outlook or Outlook Express

First, find out what version you're running! To find out, Open Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express, click on Help, then click About Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express.

Warning: If you're hosting your email in-house, consult your computer/network administrator before hand!!

• Microsoft Outlook 2002 (PC):

  • Step 1 - Open Microsoft Outlook
  • Step 2 - Open Outlook Email Accounts
  • Step 3 - Choose Add New or View/Modify Existing Account
  • Step 4a - Add New Email Account
  • Step 4b - View/Modify Existing Account
  • Step 5 - Add New Account
  • Step 6 - More Settings General Tab
  • Step 7 - More Settings Outgoing Server Tab
  • Step 8 - Click Next Button
  • Step 9 - Click Finish Button
