How do I check my website email?

  • If you're hosting your email in-house, consult your computer administrator.

  • If we're hosting your email on our server, then:

    • Option 1: Use Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Entourage, etc.
    • Option 2: Use Remote Webmail from anywhere:
      • Squirrelmail - Go to: www.YourDomain.com/squirrelmail
    • Option 3: Use Hosted Microsoft Exchange
    • Option 4: We can forward your email to your personal email account

What is my POP3 (Incoming Mail) setting?

  • If you're hosting your email in-house, consult your computer administrator.

  • If we're hosting your email on our servers, then it will vary depending on whether or not we're actually hosting your mail. If you're 100% sure we're hosting your mail, you can set this to the IP Address of your website. To find that out, go to http://www.DNSStuff.com and type your domain in the Ping Tool. This will display the address of your website.

How do I transfer my domain name to another Registrar?

If we're managing your domain name for you, we will need to:

  1. Unlock the domain name, so that it can be transfered to another Registrar.
  2. Change the records Admin. Contact's Email address to your email address,
    1. You will be sent a confirmation email to authorize.
  3. Give you an EPP Key that you will need to give the winning Registrar.
