RoundCube Webmail is Now Available

Good news…. as promised, we have upgraded to a new version of Webmail. Instead of SquirrelMail, you can now use RoundCube Webmail and it's FREE for WG Customers that we provide email hosting for!
Login Information:
Login here: http://66.101.195.10/roundcube OR, you can access via http://www.YourSiteHere/roundcube
Login with your username and password. For your username, make sure to use @YourSiteHere afterwards. For example: User100@YourSiteHere.com

Important Notes:
Once in, make sure to adjust your Personal Settings. Also, make sure to update the default email email address in your identity. To do so, go to Personal Settings > Identities and click on your identity. Then type in your email in the E-mail and Reply-To fields.
Your Webmail data will be limited to 50mb of data, therefore if you reach the limit it will error. If you reach the limit, please clean up your Webmail by removig unwanted items. You can also download all the Webmail into Outlook or Outlook Express. Do not store data in Webmail. It's intended to be used while you're out of the office, not all of the time.
Webmail and Outlook FYI:
If someone sends an email to you it will stored on the server and avaiable to read via Webmail until it is downloaded into Outlook. Once it's downloaded into Outlook from the server it's no longer available in Webmail. So when you're away from the office, close Outlook and you will be able to access your email via Webmail while on the road. Then, once you're back in the office, open Outlook and all your Webmail messages will be downloaded into Outlook.
